Storm

The plot centers on two friends, Yuri Osokin and Sergei Gradov. The first works in the homicide department of the police, the second in the anti-corruption department. To save his wife from a fatal illness and find money for an expensive operation, Gradov commits malfeasance and tries to hide evidence. His resourceful mind and talent for building complex multi-move schemes make him almost elusive. Investigating a series of crimes, Osokin begins to guess that Gradov is involved in the case, although he does not yet have sufficient evidence. For Yuri, it becomes a matter of honor to expose his friend.
