The Japanese Minister of Defense arrives in France. The purpose of his visit is to get acquainted with the French experience in the fight against terrorism and sign the “contract of the century” on mutual cooperation. Unexpectedly, during a demonstration by the French police, the Minister of Defense is kidnapped by the Yakuza, who want to disrupt the conclusion of the most important contract. Daniel and Emilien go in search of the distinguished guest. The already familiar taxi comes into play.
