That Peculiar Girl

Nadya and Ksyusha live in neighboring houses in the village. The girls have been friends since childhood, but they are not at all alike: while Ksyusha has dreamed all her life of going to the city and making it into the world, Nadya is happy with little. Nadya is a village dreamer. Like all girls, she dreams of happiness, of love, and waits for her father, who once left to work and keeps promising to return. She can sometimes be too naive and gullible, for which people in the village call her Malakholnaya. Dreams are dreams, but every time she finds herself alone in the face of difficult life situations. One is raising a son, one is treating a mother, one is helping an old neighbor. Her kindness and humanity do not go unnoticed in the heavenly office - one day fate presents Nadya with a gift.
