The Devil Hunt

The story is based on the real scientific discovery of the Russian physicist Mikhail Filippov, which he made in the early XX century. The scientist studied electromagnetic waves and conducted experiments on the transmission of explosion energy at a distance. This phenomenon has been called the “Hypothetical Filippov Ray”. The series will show what the Second World War could have turned out for mankind if Filippov’s development had not been destroyed. Secret weapons are hunted by scouts from Germany, the USSR, Japan and the UK. Opposing them will be Max Livius, a former Russian officer who mastered the profession of film director in peacetime. He will be assisted by an NKVD agent and part-time girlfriend Anya, as well as a British intelligence officer and devoted friend Phil Kilby.
