The Doctor Is Staying with the Colonel

At a transplant congress, medical colonel Anacleto Punzoni meets a charming South African surgeon, Eva Russell. After the girl accepts the offer of a loving military doctor to stay at his house, Signor Punzoni immediately faces two problems: firstly, possible jealousy on the part of his own wife; and secondly, great doubts about one’s masculine strength. But if the first problem is happily resolved thanks to the affair of the colonel’s wife with private Mazzancola, serving as a paramedic under the command of Anacleto, then with the second everything turns out to be much more complicated. But it’s not for nothing that Signor Punzoni also considers himself a transplantologist - which means a non-standard path is open to him. All that is needed is to convince Private Mazzancola to part with his manhood, which is too large for his small stature, and transplant it into himself, his beloved.
