The Handmaiden

1930s, Korea under Japanese rule. A swindler nicknamed the Count invites the poor girl Suk-hee to take part in the business, promising a solid income. He hopes to charm the rich Japanese woman Hideko, run away with her to Japan, marry her, then declare her crazy, throw her in a madhouse and take possession of the wealth. And Sook-hee should help him by hiring herself to serve Hideko. Which is what she did. But suddenly the Count's perfect plan is in jeopardy.
