A closed and complex guy named Zhi Hong does odd jobs on the streets of Hong Kong and is regularly beaten by local bandits. One day he picks up a wounded cobra, nurses it and then realizes that he can find a common language with reptiles. Over time, having collected a whole brood of snakes, Zhi Hong begins to set them against his tormentors and offenders.
