Sisters Georgia and Angela Mainardi inherit from their aunt the Countess the family villa, which is in terrible disrepair. The girls decide to turn it into a respectable boarding house for people with average incomes. The first guests, a detective from the drug squad and a lawyer, fully meet their requirements. But due to a poorly written advertising brochure, potential clients mistake the sisters' establishment for a dating house. Because of this mistake, unexpected events for its owners begin to unfold within the walls of the boarding house.
