The Last Boy Scout

Joe was an American hero - the man who saved the president, and now he is a private detective who woke up after another drinking session in his old car with a sore head and family problems. Quite opportunely, a dusty job turns up - guarding the star of a seedy strip club. However, events spiral out of control: first his friend is killed, and then the stripper that Joe is supposed to protect. Her boyfriend Jimmy Dix, a former football player who ended his career due to drugs, wants to get to the bottom of this case just as much as Joe.
