The Lookout

Commissioner Mattei has been pursuing a gang of bank robbers for months. During the next robbery, the gang is about to be caught, but a mysterious sniper helps the bandits escape, wounding the police without fail. After an anonymous call, the notorious sniper is arrested, but he manages to escape in order to identify the traitor. When Mattei learns that a sniper was responsible for the death of his son during an operation in Afghanistan, the matter becomes personal.
