The Odyssey 1989

A simple village boy, Deniska, or simply Dan, goes to the big city, dreaming of studying and becoming a Man... An astronaut, or at worst, an agronomist. But already on the first approaches to the city, Dan is faced with a reality that turns out to be completely different from what he imagined! Strange city life, drugs, mysterious personalities draw Dan into a fast-moving whirlpool. And he can't resist it! A series of new acquaintances, endless incomprehensible showdowns, and an incessant search for a “high”... As a result, Dan cannot draw the line between reality and drug delirium. Moments of happiness give way to crazy visions, and so on ad infinitum... And it turns out that in order to become an “astronaut” you don’t need to study for a long time...
