Unemployed Steff Müller, in despair from lack of money, decides to sell the old award revolver he inherited from his grandfather. But at a bad time he encounters the crazy Dr. Enger, who is collecting donations on the street for the construction of a hospital for blind children. Grabbing a pistol, the mad healer immediately shoots the first person he meets, takes the unfortunate Steff hostage and sets off on a dizzying quest with goals known only to his fevered imagination...
