The Witch

Two friends of his son are visiting Baron Hallberg's estate. One of them is an archaeologist excavating an ancient settlement, the other is an artist. One day, archaeologist Hann manages to find the burial of a girl, whose body, with an aspen stake driven into her chest, remained incorrupt due to the swampy soil. Friends take the find to the glacier to continue research, despite the fact that local peasants consider the incident a bad sign. The next morning, after a terrible storm, Hannah finds a naked girl at the bottom of an open grave, while the witch’s body, meanwhile, disappears from the glacier without a trace.
