A party of young people ends in a rampage. The youth completely wreck the apartment and smear paint all over the walls. They are urban thugs who mock disabled people, run red lights while speeding, and trash an entire cafe. However, all police suspicions fall on one young man who once clashed with this gang of scumbags.
