Psychologist Artyom Streletsky is a supporter of shock therapy in the treatment of patients. He believes that the only way for a person to solve his problems is to understand himself and stop lying to himself. If most psychologists babysit clients, listen to complaints about life for six months, sympathize and receive a lot of money for a cycle of sessions, then Artyom constantly provokes clients: insults them, laughs at them, deliberately pushes them out of their comfort zone. Artyom's practice is thriving until one of his patients commits suicide.
