He bequeathed his fortune of one hundred million dollars to the mediocre Russian hospital where he was once born. The will comes into force from the moment of fulfillment of a single, but very strict condition. A successor hospital in Russia must comply with American standards established for medical institutions. The Board of Guardians, created to monitor the execution of the last will of the deceased, identified thirty mandatory points of this compliance. A day is allotted to complete each item.
