A police inspector is investigating the disappearance of cabaret singers. His enterprising bride wants to help in the investigation and appears at an entertainment establishment under the guise of a lady of easy virtue. She becomes the object of attention of the attackers - Dr. Orlof and his assistant, the blind lunatic Morpho. In a secluded castle, the doctor removed the skin from kidnapped girls in order to use it to restore the beauty of his disfigured sister Melissa.
