Valera-- TV TV

Valera-TV is a kind of TV channel, directed by Valera, a resident of an ordinary Russian city. Valera always and everywhere appears with a video camera, and looks at the world through the lens. He shoots weddings, funerals, friends, local talents and so on. The sketch show "Valera-TV" is a collage of videos. Valera is an immutable operator. Each sketch is a mini-program with a title and a screensaver. Sometimes the participants of the sketches periodically turn to the operator: "Valera, shoot ..." We're talking now, right? Valera, are you filming? Valera, have you taken it? The viewer does not see Valera himself, but looks at the world through his eyes.
