This story takes us back in time, to the 70s and then to the 90s of the last century. This is a story about the relationship between totalitarian power and the common man, about truth and the triumph of justice. During the era of so-called stagnation, ballet was the main art form. Distinguished guests: kings, presidents, prime ministers were taken to ballet performances according to protocol. Ballerinas, young, beautiful, and moderately smart, are the main decoration of diplomatic receptions. The only thing that the authorities do not want to know is by what hard labor grace and lightness on stage are achieved, and they pretend that they are not at all aware of what a cruel, merciless struggle is going on behind the scenes for a place in the ballet hierarchy.
