A couple of rogues, Alvaro and Gianni, are contracted to wash windows in a fashionable hotel. But as soon as they get down to business, in the very first window they become witnesses to a murder. The killer who notices the poor fellows rushes after them, they take to their heels, and bedlam begins in the hotel where a detachment of military sailors had checked in the day before. But the commander of this detachment, Captain Morelli, dreamed of spending a quiet and secluded night in a room with the charming doctor Paola. Not so...
