You Don't Choose Your Family

After 20 years of imprisonment due to an unjust sentence, Innokenty Bochkin is released. He is trying to reunite with his grown-up daughter Nastya, who was raised by police lieutenant colonel Vasily Tuchkov, who was forced to resign for refusing to participate in fraud. With the help of cheerful adventures, Bochkin manages not only to settle in Tuchkov’s house, but also to start an affair with his sister Maria. Now Nastya and her two fathers are in for a lot of adventures, since by the will of circumstances, Bochkin is forced, by order of the “authority,” to steal a painting from an official, who, having learned about this, is trying by all means available to him to send him back to prison before he commits the theft.
