Agent Zero is a police officer who uses her methods to deal with criminals. After she illegally kills a rapist, she is sent to prison and stripped of her badge. But soon, the daughter of a politician is kidnapped by a ruthless gang. The agent is allowed to leave prison on a secret mission: to find the politician's daughter and return her to her father. Using her deadly red handcuffs, she gets rid of the criminals one by one.
