In Calabria, the head of the mafia clan, Don Minu, hides from his enemies in an underground bunker and orders a large shipment of cocaine worth 900 million euros. Don Minu does not know that his grandson Stefano hates him, wants to feed him to pigs and is planning betrayal. Meanwhile, in Mexico City, a special anti-drug squad is conducting an operation, the hero of which is an operative nicknamed Vampiro. Nobody knows that he works for local drug lords and must provide traffic for that very shipment for Don Minu.
