The newspaper's editor-in-chief, Arthur Sherwood, while hunting, accidentally stumbles upon a nudist camp in the forest. Shocked, he sends a reporter to the camp to write an article demanding the camp be closed. However, to her surprise, the journalist enjoys the nudist lifestyle and writes a very positive article. The editor-in-chief then decides to come to the camp himself and figure everything out. America in the 1960s was on the crest of a wave of optimism. The film depicts the American ideal of paradise.
