About the movie
Engineer Guido Quiller made a fortune selling armored glass to jewelry stores, but in doing so angered insurance companies and robbers. While chasing his beloved, to whom he wanted to return a forgotten purse, the moped's brakes fail and it falls into the fountain. At this time, a family of thieves following him in a car mistakes Qwilleran with a bag in his hands for an amateur who stole the purse.
