This series takes us back to 221b Baker Street, where familiar characters live: the brilliant detective Sherlock Holmes and his friend and chronicler, Afghan war veteran Dr. John Watson. Only now they have new faces: the main roles are played by the stars of the new acting generation, Igor Petrenko and Andrey Panin. The story, as before, begins with an acquaintance: Dr. Watson, in search of housing in London, rents an apartment from a respectable widow, Mrs. Hudson, along with a very eccentric young man, whose occupation he cannot figure out. Watson comes to the conclusion that his neighbor is an intruder and a criminal, but it turns out that everything is exactly the opposite: Sherlock Holmes is the thunder of the underworld, the famous private detective, to whose services Scotland Yard resorts when he feels powerless (and this happens regularly). The Doctor becomes involved in the exciting life of his new friend, becomes his constant partner in investigations - and writes stories about their adventures together.
