1943 A small Soviet sabotage group will have to complete a difficult and responsible task - to seize documents with Hitler’s latest directives, which are being brought to General Scherner by the personal assistant of Hitler’s adjutant, Major Dunst. In addition to experienced scouts, four girls, graduates of a sniper school, and a sharp shooter, Private Kononov, nicknamed Tungus, a hunter who can perfectly navigate forest terrain, must take part in the operation. After brief preparation, the detachment is sent behind the front line, behind enemy lines. While carrying out the task, the female snipers are captured by General Scherner, who arranges a real hunt for them.
