Screen adaptation of the play of the same name by Dorota Maslowska. This is the story of Polish society in transition - full of grotesque dialogue made up of pop culture quotes, ridicule from the language of advertising, glossy magazines, tabloids and national stereotypes. The main characters are representatives of three generations of women living below the poverty line in a cramped Warsaw apartment: a tired old woman in a wheelchair, her daughter Halina and her granddaughter, the Little Metal Girl. The panorama of images is complemented by their neighbors - Bozhena, a leaflet deliverer, and the director of the film who rode on horseback, as well as two actors, a TV presenter and Edita, who is trying to save all the “poor people”...
