Early 80s. In one of the seedy New York hotels, a one-armed investigator named Jack Williams is shot in the stomach. Arriving at the crime scene, private detective Mike Hammer recognizes the murdered man as his friend (with whom he fought during the Vietnam campaign) and vows to find both the killer of his army colleague and his customers. And Hammer, with unbridled rage, begins a private investigation that leads him into a world of car chases, brutal sex murders, medical pornography and spy-political intrigues involving the CIA.
