Widely known in narrow circles, weather forecaster Russ Richards found himself on the edge of a financial abyss: he borrowed a large sum of money to open a company selling snowmobiles, and the winter turned out to be unusually warm. To save the situation, his friend, the owner of the strip club Gig, offered to pull off an insurance fraud, as a result of which Russ owed another 10 thousand dollars to one “very cool guy.” Russ desperately needs money...and fast.
