Los Angeles is hit by a crime wave. There are hundreds of criminal gangs operating in the city, with more than 70,000 members. Every day, civilians die in gang warfare. This state of affairs does not suit the two “hot” police officers. One of them is experienced and extremely cruel, the second is young, but with a very tough disposition. Together they try to stop violence on the city streets. Gradually the situation gets out of control, and Los Angeles turns into a bloody battlefield. The already tense situation is complicated by a love affair that has arisen between a young policeman and a beautiful girl who is a member of one of the gangs. But can they be together? after all, in a world ruled by cruelty, mistakes have to be paid for in blood.
