Omar, a young Pakistani man, lives in London with his father, a drunkard who was once one of Pakistan's famous intellectuals. He asks his brother Nasser, a crime boss, to find a job for Omar. He appoints the young man as manager of a run-down laundry, and Omar, full of entrepreneurial enthusiasm, hires Johnny, a London street punk and childhood friend. Friends became work partners and lovers.
