While investigating a series of mysterious and incredibly brutal murders committed in a small, quiet town, Sheriff Tanner finds strange footprints on the ground. All the evidence indicates that there is a very cunning and bloodthirsty predator in the area, but neither the sheriff nor his charming assistant Barbara suggest that soon they will face the insidious pets of Dr. Hyde, who has been conducting secret experiments for many years in the hope of creating a new type of biological weapons - intelligent and invulnerable tyrannosaurs. Disobeying neither the CIA nor the authorities, Hyde wants to raise a new generation of killers at any cost, and when even a fearless SWAT squad fails to derail his plans, it becomes clear that only a brave sheriff can restore peace and quiet in his hometown by brutally punishing an obsessed scientist.
