The film itself will take place during the Horror Hound festival in Louisiana, where hundreds of geeks, freaks and devoted horror fans gather. Among them are fan Chase and his girlfriend Lane, who begin to experience inexplicable premonitions and disturbing visions associated with the past of this city.
