This is a story about employees of the secret combat unit "Storm". Special agents operate “undercover” and, in addition to heroic work, also have prosaic work. The events of the film take place in Primorsk, a small non-resort port town. Under the city there are catacombs. Not far outside the city is the state border. It's often unsettled there. When Primorsk and its residents are in serious danger, the Storm special squad is always on the front line. His fighters know very well that the world is divided into “Stormmen” and everyone else. Therefore, despite the personal problems and everyday unsettled conditions that they encounter in everyday life, special agents always remain faithful to duty. But still, the main characters are not machines, but ordinary people. They may be wrong in their guesses, misinterpret motives and evidence, and suspect the wrong people as the villains. They themselves are not immune from trouble: they can be taken hostage, injured, or left “to do overtime.” And yet, no matter what impossible task the Storm special squad takes on and no matter what troubles the heroes get into, a happy ending awaits the audience. Each episode of the film is a separate story with a twisted detective plot, incredible adventures, exciting chases, dangerous stunts, shooting and explosions. All this gives the film a special dynamic characteristic of the best examples of the action style. The spectacular action in the frame and the transience of the storylines will keep the most demanding viewer in suspense.
