During the divorce, the parents of six-year-old Denis sent him to the Rozhkovs - his grandparents. Denis's father accidentally dies, and a year later Lisa, Denis's mother, comes to the Rozhkovs and demands the child's return. For the Rozhkovs, a grandson is the last joy in life; they expose their hated daughter-in-law. However, Lisa intends to fight for the child. The Rozhkovs understand that sooner or later they will lose the battle for their grandson: the court will side with the mother.
