A Story of the Spring Draft

Svetka and Vanya are going to get married when spring comes to their small town, and with it an army draft. And, as luck would have it, Vanya does not want to get rid of the army and dreams of serving in the landing. Svetka does not agree to wait for Vanya for two years. Together with a friend, they develop a cunning plan to “exonerate” the guy from the army against his will. It turns out that it is enough to seduce a major from the military enlistment office, then blackmail him, and he necessarily recognizes Vanyusha as unfit for service. Svetka undertakes the implementation of the plan, but this becomes known to her Vanyusha. The guy is jealous of Svetka to the major, and she is worth a lot of trouble to convince him of his innocence. Especially since the major fell in love with his seducer and is ready for her to do anything.
