Scientists at the Aquatika underwater laboratory, while developing a drug for Alzheimer's disease, are finding a way to genetically enlarge the brains of experimental sharks. Aggressive and vicious predators turn into thinking killer monsters capable of outwitting their creators. Now the latter are trying to cope with the angry predators, but it is almost impossible to escape from the sharp jaws of huge and intelligent sharks...
