The Greek goddess Terpsichore, the muse of all theaters and plays, is infuriated by a vulgar Broadway production of a musical about nine muses set to jazz rhythms. She was especially offended by the interpretation of the role of Terpsichore and she decided to personally deal with the director Danny Miller. To improve the production, the Muse asks the gods for permission to go down to earth. Having received consent from above, she acquires the human body of Kitty Pendleyton, creates the proper image of the goddess, and falls in love with Danny...
