Freud's method

In the investigative department of the Prosecutor’s office introduced a special consultant, civilian Roman Freidin, a psychologist by training. Its appearance is due to the need to use innovative methods of combating crime. In his youth, Freidin traveled all over Russia and Europe, communicated with people of various professions - from qualified psychoanalysts to folk sorcerers and fortune tellers, from recognized scientists to card players with a dubious reputation. In the investigation of crimes, Freudin relies on intuition and uses scientific methods, recreates biokinetic pictures of events, psychophysical portraits of criminals, predicts the actions of bandits. And each time “getting into the head” of the criminal, Freidin realizes that tragedy could have been avoided, and that often the person who broke the law is not a dark villain, but a soul entangled in life circumstances.
