Tarasov is a former investigator, accustomed to taking responsibility in extreme situations. He opens his own private detective agency. But business for him is not an end in itself. He is ready to help people for free if he considers it fair and important to help a particular person. He always acts according to his own logic, which sometimes does not fit into the generally accepted framework.
