An ordinary high school transforms into a model of a totalitarian state following the theft of a VCR. Interim director Viktor Andreyevich terrorizes students and teachers, turning the school into a place of torture and ideological oppression. Young "patriots" begin punishing their peers as the school descends into a grotesque farce.
