In the film “Made in the USSR,” an ordinary high school turns into an ordinary model of a totalitarian state. A trivial story involving the mysterious theft of a VCR turns into a grotesque and dark farce when the acting director, Armen Dzhigarkhanyan’s character, terrorizes students and teachers with a calloused dictatorial hand.
