About the movie
1987 Eighteen-year-old Sanya, a pupil of an orphanage from a small provincial town, comes to Moscow. In the capital, a girl makes a career. At first she worked as a cleaner in the House of Models, and eventually became the leading fashion model of the USSR. Life brought Sanya together with various interesting men: with Ivan, a famous avant-garde artist who wanted to go to the West, with Vadim, a young black marketeer from a good family, with Kim, a KGB major. These men claimed the beauty’s heart, but it loved only one. To be together, lovers need to attempt to escape beyond the border, overcome a lot of obstacles, and go through all the trials.
