The main character of our story is a successful actor, show business star Igor Uspensky. His life is full of filming, concerts, presentations, corporate events, interviews and social events. He is forced to “spin” day and night, he does not have weekends or holidays. And his charming wife and beautiful daughter see him, at best, late at night, when he comes home to sleep at least for a couple of hours. But all the work is not in vain. Igor is very popular and one day he is nominated for the “Person of the Year” award - now he needs even more time to defeat his main competitor - singer Mikhail Stasov, whose main hits drove all the women of Russia crazy... Seva lives in a city near Moscow, a man extremely similar to Igor Uspensky. He works as a massage therapist in a beauty salon, lives alone with a dog named Sergei Valerievich, is absolutely satisfied with his life and does not recognize the resemblance to the star. One day, the salon director convinces Seva to star in a commercial where Igor Uspensky HIMSELF (of course, portrayed by Seva) gives massages to the salon’s clients. The video ends up on the Internet - this is how Uspensky finds out about his double. Realizing that there is not enough time for anything, Uspensky decides not to sue the salon, but to invite Seva to become his Understudy. All he needs to do is attend a few corporate events and social events in the guise of Igor Uspensky. Seva accepts the offer and... finds himself in the unfamiliar world of show business, where incredible adventures await him...
