The survivor of the events of the first part, Sarah, took with her from an abandoned psychiatric hospital the diary of sadistic psychiatrist Richard Benjamin Venecatt. The diary revealed some facts of Venecatta’s life: it turns out that he was not at all inclined to violence against people, but after acquiring a medieval statue of Baphomet, the doctor turned into a perverted sadist. After receiving the diary, Sarah began to think about how to rid the hospital of ghosts. However, she did not expect that other people would show interest in the diary and would want to get his hands on it in order to find the statue of Baphomet.
