About the movie
Two police officers, brothers, are fired from their jobs because they killed a maniac who took a girl hostage. The maniac turned out to be the son of a major publisher. After this, they were offered a dangerous task, and one of the brothers, Jack, refused. The mission turned out to be a trap - the squad was destroyed, and the villainous scientist Kessel turned his brother into a cyborg killer in his laboratory.
