Anna Sedokova's Santa Barbara

The story revolves around four families representing different strata of society in the Californian town of Santa Barbara: the rich and successful Capwells, their less fortunate competitors the Lockridges, who lost a lot in the fight with the leader, the Perkins employees and the Spanish-speaking Andrade.
